Do you really come to me?
Yes. We are 100% mobile. We come to your home, your job, or wherever your car is stuck, anywhere in Rockford and the surrounding areas.
How much does it cost?
Every service call starts with a $65 diagnostic so we find the real problem. That fee is waived when you move forward with the repair. You always get an upfront quote before any work begins.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every part we provide is backed by a 1-year parts warranty. If it fails within that time, we come back out and replace it free.
Can you come same-day or on weekends?
Often, yes. We work 7 days a week by appointment, including evenings and weekends. Call or text and we'll get you on the schedule fast.
What vehicles do you work on?
Most makes and models, including newer vehicles and diesels. From everyday cars to trucks, we have the tools and the experience.
Do you take card?
Yes, cash and card. Card payments include a 5% processing fee.
Do you install customer-supplied parts?
No. We only use quality parts from trusted sources so the repair is done right and backed by our warranty.

Is there anything you can't do mobile?
A few jobs need a shop, like wheel alignments, tire mounting, and full transmission rebuilds. We'll tell you honestly and point you the right way. Everything else, we handle in your driveway.
